Cody Bellinger addressed what his expectations are for himself during a media session on Thursday after being traded to the New York Yankees.

Cody Bellinger will do whatever it takes to help the Yankees. The newly acquired slugger said Thursday during an introductory press conference that he’s willing to play all over the field if manager Aaron Boone needs him to.

Even though the Yankees had the upper hand in acquiring MVP Cody Bellinger, other MLB teams were unaware of this fact, so they jumped into the negotiations, even before he landed in the Bronx. It was known that the Mariners and Astros were teams vaguely linked to Bellinger.
