Red Bull Racing has found a new teammate for Max Verstappen. The team announced Wednesday that Sergio Perez would not be back in 2025. The announcement isn’t much of a surprise; reports had emerged at the conclusion of the 2024 season that Perez’s future with the team was in doubt.

Perez had not won a race since April 2023, even as his teammate Max Verstappen has dominated F1, and was rarely competitive this season.
