Sacramento's new mayor will be sworn into office on Tuesday. Kevin McCarty will take over, but first, outgoing Mayor Darrell Steinberg will hold his last meeting at 2 p.m. At 5 p.m., McCarty and council members will get right to business in taking up whether the city manager should stay in his position for another year.
