Karl-Anthony Towns made his much anticipated return to Minnesota on Thursday night as his new team blew out his old team. The Knicks jumped out to a big lead in the second quarter and held on to win 133-107 as Towns had 32 points on 12 shots to go along with 20 rebounds and six assists.

Karl-Anthony Towns had 32 points, 20 rebounds and six assists against his former team in his return to Minnesota. He shot 10-for-12, including 5-for-5 from three-point range.

A first-quarter lead became a 22-point deficit by halftime, and moments in the second half gave fans chances to vent frustration.
