(Reuters) -With just days left in 2024, Boeing announced its single-largest commercial airplane order of the year on Thursday, when it said Turkish low-cost carrier Pegasus Airlines had placed a firm order for a hundred 737 MAX jetliners.

BA] and Pegasus Airlines today announced Türkiye's leading low-cost carrier will grow and modernize its single-aisle fleet with an order for up to 200 737 MAX airplanes. The airline's purchase includes a firm order for 100 737-10 jets – plus options for 100 more.

Turkish low-cost carrier Pegasus Airlines has placed a firm order for 100 Boeing 737 Max 10s, with options for up to a further 100 of the type.
