The National Weather Service issued an updated flood watch at 5:56 p.m. on Tuesday in effect until Wednesday at 8 a.m. for Blair, Huntingdon, Somerset, Bedford, Fulton, Franklin and Adams counties.

At 12:24 a.m. on Tuesday, the NWS Greenville-Spartanburg SC issued an updated flood advisory in effect until 6:15 a.m. for Macon County.
