Saucy is a new small-concept restaurant by KFC that centers on, as the name suggests, sauces. With a limited menu of chicken tenders, a few sandwiches and a small handful of sides, the KFC spinoff brings new flavors to the table in the form of dipping and sipping.

Orlando is the first city to get KFC’s new Saucy! restaurant, a new condiment-centric concept looking to corner the dip-and-dunk market. It opens in the Waterford Lakes area Monday.
