Sylvester Stallone is the talk of the town after pissing off his Palm Beach neighbors. The 78-year-old actor decamped from Hollywood to South Florida almost five years ago, snapping up a $35 million mansion with a private dock on the Intracoastal Waterway.

In his movies, Sylvester Stallone has taken on drug cartels, Soviet troops and boxer Apollo Creed. But in real life, he had to beat a retreat against the Palm Beach Town Council.
