The Indiana Fever bested the Atlanta Dream in their final preseason matchup before heading to the regular season. Brittney Griner had to walk off early on, followed by Sophie Cunningham at halftime due to a right ankle injury. Post game WNBA made an appreciative announcement.

The WNBA is back, which means so is Caitlin Clark. And it's already looking like her second year at the professional level is going to be even better than her historic rookie campaign. Clark and the Fever got a preseason win over the Atlanta Dream on Saturday night and once again the star guard was lethal from three-point land.

The Fever secured an 81-76 victory in their final preseason game against the Atlanta Dream to finish the preseason 3-0. The Fever held a 42-40 lead at the half and led comfortably throughout the fourth quarter. Atlanta put up a fight in the final minutes to pull within six but it was overall a comfortable win for Indiana.
