The NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA issued a dense fog advisory at 5:17 a.m. on Wednesday. Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog for Los Angeles County Beaches, Los Angeles County Inland Coast including Downtown Los Angeles,
