Authorities have issued an arrest warrant for an 18-year-old in connection with a Newark rape charge. Court documents say that Chandler Green, of Newark, allegedly raped a person between Nov. 9 and Nov. 11. Green is described as a 5 foot 11 inches tall Caucasian man, weighing around 210 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
