TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - Local communities are receiving federal funding from the Ohio Department of Development to help improve housing and quality of life. The $22.4 million in grants was given to 27 communities across Ohio to provide access to housing and provide homeownership and rental assistance for low- and moderate-income families.
