Residents in southcentral Pennsylvania could see a dusting to an inch of snow on Friday followed by cold temperatures over the weekend, National Weather Service meteorologist Craig Evanego said. And another fast-moving storm system could deliver light snow to the area on Christmas Eve, he said.
