On the 63rd anniversary of Goa's liberation, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant honored the state's freedom fighters. He remembered the 74 martyrs who fought for Goa's independence and awarded 15 of their family members with a cheque of Rs 10 lakh and a Certificate of Honor each.
