After months of speculation that the shift would be happening, WWE has announced that SmackDown will be moving to 3 hours in the new year. The 'Where to Watch' section of WWE's website says the following when it comes the Blue Brand: "SmackDown continues to air on USA Network every Friday night at 8/7 C in the U.
WWE Confirms SmackDown Is Going Three Hours
WWE SmackDown is officially expanding from two to three hours starting with the 3 January 2025 episode. This marks a shift in how the blue brand will be presented on TV, and will bring it in line with flagship show Raw once that returns to a three-hour format following the 6 January Netflix debut.
