The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office said a 39-year-old man is in custody after a fatal hit-and-run crash Tuesday evening that left a tow truck operator dead. It happened around 6:40 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 94 in the village of Summit just east of Sawyer Road.
