On Nov. 12, officers with the North Little Rock Police Department responded to an area in the 4800 block of MacArthur Drive around 8:50 p.m. After arriving, officers said they found a man who had been shot. Police said the victim, identified as Castillo, was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
