Nottingham Forest’s Taiwo Awoniyi is out of an induced coma, according to Mail Sport on Thursday. The 27-year-old is now in recovery after undergoing an emergency operation on a serious abdominal injury that could have been fatal. Awoniyi was receiving intensive care on Wednesday night after surgeons had started what was a complex operation.
